Minor Layout Changes Jan 11 2006

Some minor layout changes. I have made some minor layout changes to the website. Some of the changes include modifications to the left side of the navigation. The right side of the navigation has also been modified. You will see that the right side now shows changes and the design is now fully integrated with the whole web template.
