Dream experience

Hi Guys,
I had an unbelievable expirence. I was having a dream in which a dog bit me on the left side of my stomach. The pain was intense and I woke up, and suddenly there was an intense pain in the left side of my stomach in real life.
The pain was there for 5 seconds, I kept saying to myself that it was a dream, and then it went away. It is a bit scary that whatever happend to you in a dream can transfer into real life. :(
