DW Publishing announces today that they will be publishing another comic book based on Silent Hill. This time it's Silent Hill: Among the Damned, written by Scott Ciencin who will focus on a soldier suffering from survivors guilt in Silent Hill. The cover art can be seen on IDW's website.

There is word on the CDV website of a delay to Cossacks II: Napoleonic Wars. Here's the scoop:
"The new strategy hit of CDV 'Cossacks II v Napoleonic Wars' will be released in the first half of 2005. At the end of the year there will be a demo for the numerous fans to play a part of the game. The title will come along with a great tv and print marketing campaign."

King Of Fighters 2000/2001 Announced For The UK
Ignition Entertianment announced today that it will be publishing King of Fighters 2000/2001 double pack in the UK during November 2004 for the PS2 and Xbox. King Of Fighters 2000/2001 double pack will include over 75 characters (35 KOF 2000, 40 KOF 2001), and redesigned character selection screens and menus. The title will also have modes of play including Team Play and Party Mode, and multiple ways of using characters, ways including: 1-on-4, 2-on-3, and a maximum of 4-on-4 character matches. The game will retail for +20.

The Obscure: Learn about Fear demo is available today offering gamers the chance to check out the upcoming survival horror game based on teen horror flicks (oh! the horror!). Get the demo for the game, which is also known as Mortifilia, from 3D Gamers, Boomtown (registration required), Gamer's Hell and Worthplaying.

More release dates news as the official Tiger Wood PGA Tour 2005 website shows that the game will be coming out on the 21st of September for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube and the PC. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 features 15 PGA Tour players (including: Tiger Woods, John Daly, Vjay Singh, etc), a Legends Tour mode in which players can take on golfers of the past, and two new fantasy courses alongside eight new licensed courses. Additionally, the game will feature online support across the PS2, PC and Xbox (via Xbox Live).

Def Jam Fight For NY, the latest in the urban fighting title, is in development at AKI. The game features an all-new fighting engine, 40 hip-hop artists and celebrities, 22 venues to fight in, and a create-a-fighter mode for building custom fighters.
